Biography

Chris Cosmedy is an attorney in the Trusts and Estates Group at Doyle Quane. Chris is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of estate planning, trust administration, and probate with clarity and confidence.

Chris brings a diverse legal background that informs his practical and client-focused approach. Prior to joining Doyle Quane, Chris practiced at prominent law firms and served as in-house counsel, gaining significant experience drafting complex agreements, advising clients on risk management, and navigating sophisticated legal matters. This experience allows Chris to integrate business and personal planning, offering clients comprehensive strategies that align with both their financial objectives and long-term vision.

Originally from Connecticut, Chris earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland before relocating to the Bay Area and obtaining his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Hilary, and their two daughters. Life keeps him busy, but he still finds time to squeeze in a quick round of golf or get out for a day on the slopes. You might also spot him out on a walk with his dog, Trevi, who occasionally makes a friendly appearance at the office.
