Biography

Andrea Gallegos is a California State Bar Certified Family Law Specialist with over 13 years of exclusive experience in family law. She is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law and also holds a master’s degree (LL.M.) in taxation from Golden Gate University.

Andrea helps clients in all aspects of family law, including complex financial matters, property division and valuation, child and spousal support, attorney’s fee claims, breach of fiduciary duty issues, custody and visitation, and domestic violence restraining orders (both defending against and obtaining).

Whenever possible, Andrea strongly supports resolution of cases through mediation or other settlement avenues. Andrea is, however, a highly experienced litigation attorney and has successfully tried numerous cases, primarily practicing in the counties of Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Alameda.

When she is not practicing family law, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
